Authentic teaching in person and online
Helen's Story
Helen has always been a traveller at heart, with a deep love for movement and the outdoors. From a young age, she was drawn to long-distance running which sparked her lifelong interest in health and fitness.
Helen spent several years travelling and working across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and America, where she was immersed in very different ways of living, training styles and attitudes to health. This gave her a more real, lived understanding of what actually supports the body and mind day to day.
Helen later returned to London and while initially working in the fitness industry went on to study exercise physiology and nutrition, building a strong understanding of the body and how it responds to movement and food.
Shifting towards a more holistic and mindful approach to movement, Helen felt a growing curiosity to understand yoga in its entirety from movement and breath, to philosophy and Ayurveda.
After spending some time in Spain Helen travelled to India where she completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training marking a turning point in her journey.
She regularly returns to continue studying with experienced teachers, deepening her knowledge and expertise.
Alongside her yoga journey Helen’s love for food and nutrition led her to train in London with a vegan chef and at the London Vegan Chef School, developing a strong interest in how nutrition supports not just physical health but also energy, mood and vitality.
Her passion for travel has continued to play a big role in her work. Helen teaches at retreats in beautiful locations around the world bringing people together through yoga, nature and shared experience.
Today Helen teaches yoga in a way that feels simple, supportive and accessible. Her focus is on helping people move well, feel stronger, reduce pain and create balance and connection in both body and mind.
" Helen gives great fitness and food inspiration and encourages you every single step of the way. To get the body you are happy with it's about learning to change how you think about yourself and what you eat. "
